

Perfectly browned, so tender and juicy, the meat melted off the bone. The pork shank was a masterpiece of culinary delight. My wife’s sliders were absolutely delicious and the fritten which were served with them were excellent and on par with Trappe Door fritten. Our main courses consisted of Hans & Franz Reuben Sliders and Schweinehaxe (Pork Shank). Sipping from “Das Boot” and enjoying delicious appetizers of Koenigsberger Klopse and Fried Sauerkraut Balls we felt so comfortable and at home. intoxicating, and the service was excellent. We were sat immediately even though we were 15 minutes early for our reservation (which I highly recommend you make).
