Each independent franchisee and each franchisee store is unique, and each independent franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their store, including the terms and conditions of employment for their employees, such as those relating to hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, compensation and benefits, staffing, and scheduling.
Depending on the store you select, the job you apply for may be in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee instead of Domino’s. Each independent franchisee is a separate company that is not owned by Domino’s, and each franchisee is the sole employer of the individuals that work in its Domino’s® stores. Most Domino’s® stores are owned and operated by independent franchisees, not Domino’s Pizza LLC, Domino’s Pizza Franchising LLC, or Domino’s Pizza, Inc. All inquiries by Agencies to become a provider of recruiting services to Domino’s Pizza LLC must be directed to and approved by Domino’s Corporate Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Agencies that have fee agreements with Domino’s Pizza LLC and have been engaged on a specific search shall follow the submission process outlined by the Domino’s Corporate recruiter with whom they are partnering with on the search. Domino’s Pizza LLC will have the right to hire that candidate at its discretion without any fee owed to the Agency.
